Raich Law, PLLC was founded by Sagar Raich. Mr. Raisch received full academic scholarships for his
undergraduate education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He also received full academic
scholarships to complete his Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the UNLV.
He is experienced in the areas of business law, real estate law, and bankruptcy law, in addition to
immigration law. Having also worked in the financial industry, he is knowledgeable regarding the field
and its rules and regulations.
Raich Law, PLLC was formed with the purpose of serving the business and personal legal needs of clients
in the states of Nevada and California. With multiple offices in both states, the practice is well-

Paradise is an unincorporated town in Clark County adjacent to the city of Las Vegas. Formed in
December of 1950, Paradise contains McCarran International Airport, the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas, and most of the Las Vegas Strip. Although most people do not realize it, the majority of the
tourist attractions in the Las Vegas area are located in Paradise. Because all of the ZIP Codes serving
Paradise are assigned the default place name “Las Vegas,” many people are unaware of the town’s
location. The official town borders are Desert Inn Road to the north, Nellis Boulevard to the east, Sunset
Road to the south, and Decatur Boulevard to the west.
Paradise is home to Las Vegas’s three major league sports teams: the Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), the
Las Vegas Raiders (NFL), and the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA). Many other sporting events are available in
the area, however. Boxing fights, UFC fights, professional bull riding and rodeo, NASCAR and other
spectator sports & tournaments by take place around Paradise and the Las Vegas area.
Floyd Lamb Park is a scenic respite from the lights and sounds of the Las Vegas Strip. Many people come
to the park to feed the peacocks, geese, and ducks who make their home there. Walking paths and
picnic tables draw visitors who enjoy strolling and watching the wildlife. Horseback rides are offered at
an equestrian center in the park. History buffs can check out historic Tule Springs Ranch, whose
remaining buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places. The new Tule Springs National
Monument is a short drive from Floyd Lamb Park.
Down the road from Red Rock Canyon National Recreation Area on Highway 159 is Spring Mountain
Ranch State Park. A natural springs oasis in the dry Mojave Desert, the park’s meadows, orchard trees,
and hiking trails are a picturesque place for visitors to enjoy the outdoors. The beautiful sandstone of
Wilson Cliffs offer a great backdrop for photos.
Clark County Wetlands Park is a 2,900-acre park in the Mojave Desert. Reclaimed water from the urban
area of Las Vegas is directed through the park, creating permanent wetlands plant community and home
for over 70 species of reptiles and mammals. Located between Las Vegas and Lake Mead about one mile
east of Boulder Highway and Tropicana Avenue, the park is also home to 212 species of birds, including
snowy egrets, burrowing owls, and great blue herons. The 210-acre Nature Preserve is the heart of the
park and offers wildlife viewing blinds, educational signage, and a flagstone outdoor amphitheater that
is ADA accessible. The park features 13 miles of hiking trails, including the six miles within its Nature
Preserve, for enjoying nature and her inhabitants.
